What makes this recipe great is there are just a handful of ingredients so as long as you have cream in your refrigerator more than likely you have the other ingredients.
Ingredients
1 box of penne (or whatever type of pasta tickles your fancy)
2-4 pieces of bacon
1 large chicken breast
¼ cup butter
2 cups cream
1 ½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp. cayenne (if you don’t like really spices use about half of that)
few pinches of garlic salt
2-3 cloves fresh garlic
In a pot prepare your pasta, while that is cooking Slice up your chicken and place in a bowl add your chili powder cayenne and salt, stir together and let sit while you cook your bacon. dice up your bacon and fry in a large skillet (big enough to make your sauce). After the bacon is cooked all the way through remove from skillet. Whip out a little of your grease from your bacon, but leave enough to coat the bottom of your skillet, add half of your butter and then cook your chicken.
When your chicken is almost cooked all the way add the rest of your butter and garlic, cook until your garlic becomes fregerant…that’s just a fancy way to say cook it a little bit. Next turn your heat down and add your cream and bacon. You will want to cook on low until the sauce thickens up a little. Once you have achieved proper thickness…refer to video…add your pasta in stir together then serve!
ENJOY!
REMEMBER TO TASTE AS YOU MAKE!
